Soccer Specific SAQ Training


Given that not all soccer movements are naturally inherited at the youth level, our 2-week soccer specific speed, agility and quickness program provides boys and girls at the club and travel level with a unique training opportunity directed towards improving all-around versatility.  Our curriculum is technically driven and will be instructed by a group of professional coaches who will provide a safe and fun environment for players to learn correct form and develop proper technique through a series of movements on and off the ball.

Recognition/Reaction:
Think creatively and analyze skill situations to speed up decision-making

Decision-Making Speed:
Forge neural pathways in the brain to send stronger and faster signals to the muscle

Balance/Body Awareness:
Maximize control of all body parts during high intensity training

Footwork:
Improve foot/eye coordination with the ball

Change of Direction:
Rapid muscle response and explosive acceleration

Obstacle Avoidance:
React quickly to obstructions and opponents in running path

U11-U14 Boys & Girls –Tuesday & Thursday 7:00pm-8:30pm

Meraki FC speed, agility and quickness training is for advanced soccer players looking to improve all-around versatility. Every competitive player needs to be exposed to a series of movements with emphasis on correct form, proper technique, and quality repetition. Given that not all soccer movements are naturally inherited at the youth level, our training exposes players to soccer specific speed, agility and quickness with the ball, which include:

Recognition/Reaction:
